1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship only to the contiguous United States (48 states).
We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and outlying islands. International shipping is not available for now.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and arranged for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, US public holidays and Chinese official holidays.
3. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time
After dispatch, standard delivery takes 8–14 business days within the contiguous United States.
4. Shipping Fees
Free Standard Shipping: All orders over $50 enjoy free standard shipping.
Orders under $50: Standard shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email. You can track your package in real time online.
6. Bulk Order & Wholesale Shipment
For wholesale, bulk orders and OEM/ODM customized orders, delivery schedule and logistics plans will be confirmed separately via our customer service team. Please contact us for detailed arrangements.
7. Delivery Notes
Please fill in your accurate and complete shipping address, including street number, city, state and ZIP code. We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect or incomplete address.
If the package shows delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office, neighbors or property management first, then contact our support team.
We do not ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses temporarily.
8. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If the package is returned due to wrong address, recipient refusal or long-term unclaimed, the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping cost. Reshipment will be arranged after supplementary freight is received.
